No delivery received

I booked my order on 11th November, product arrived at mumbai on 14th November. From that I use to get false messages from blue dart saying consignee was not at home so product is undelivered or u will receive ur product today or sorry we missed u at the time of delivery. This happened for the second time from blue dart, once they delivered my product somewhere else & I received the message that your product is delivered. Finally till 20th November I have no received my product, Finally I bought it from the store.
I am a freelance & love & promote shanaz facial. So from long time I buy products directly from online shanaz store. Even though I get more discount in store thn online, I prefer to buy directly frm shanaz site. This time I was veryyyy muchhhh disappointed with you delivery partner.
Genuinely, I am a fan of shanaz facial products, But very disappointed with this.
