• E-Gift Cards can only be purchased and redeemed on Shahnaz.in.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
2. Redemption:
• E-Gift Cards must be applied at checkout during payment.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the card’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other payment methods.
• This Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• This Gift Card can only be redeemed in full. Partial redemption will not be allowed. 

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
• E-Gift Cards cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once purchased.
4. Abuse or Misuse:
• Shahnaz.in reserves the right to cancel E-Gift Cards if fraudulent activity is detected.
5. Technical Issues:
• In case of technical issues, customers can contact customer support at support@shahnaz.in.
6. Customization Options:
• Customers can add a personalized message.
• Option to choose from a variety of themes (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, festivals).
• Can be used for all products and services available on the website.

NOTE: Gift Cards can only be bought with Pre Payment. COD service is NOT AVAILABLE on Gift Cards.
